By using the Adspirer MCP server, you agree to these terms.

## Service Description

Adspirer provides an MCP server that connects AI assistants to advertising platforms. The service facilitates campaign management through natural language but does not guarantee specific advertising outcomes.

## Your Responsibilities

* **Account security** — Keep your OAuth credentials secure
* **Ad platform compliance** — Ensure campaigns comply with each platform's advertising policies
* **Budget management** — Review and approve budget-related actions
* **Content accuracy** — Verify AI-generated ad copy before launch

## Limitations

* The MCP server provides tools — advertising results depend on many factors outside our control
* AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
* Service availability is subject to upstream platform API availability
